We are looking for a Production Manager to join our fun, dynamic and passionate team and to be a part of something great!

The focus of this role will be ensuring that the Company adheres to all policies & procedures that protect our product throughout the manufacturing process with a focus on employee safety, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement. The Production Manager will be responsible for the direction of production and process supervisors to meet employee safety, product manufacturing safety, quality and efficiencies guidelines.

We have achieved SQF Level 2 certification so experience in food manufacturing and in an SQF facility is preferred. High school diploma or GED required, associate’s degree in related field preferred.

Previous team development success through superb management is required. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience required.

We pride ourselves on our superior quality standard for our customers and it is your job to meet and exceed those through ensuring adherence to our HACCP, Food Defense & SQF Programs, GMPs, and related SOPs and most importantly maintaining a safe work environment.

As a Production Manager one must be mobile and able to travel/navigate throughout the facility, see and hear well enough to communicate with internal and external contacts to perform routine job tasks and must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance. The physical work environment includes but is not restricted to, wet, cold, heat or various combinations of same.
