We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our fun, dynamic and passionate team and to be a part of something great!

The focus of this role will be directing plant maintenance and engineering of projects, keeping the plant in peak operating condition to meet all production, quality, environmental and safety requirements. We anticipate continued growth and we are looking for someone who can manage multiple projects safely, effectively and within budget from conception to the first run and then ensure all equipment is running efficiently to meet our needs.

We have achieved SQF Level 2 certification so experience in food manufacturing and in an SQF facility is preferred. High school diploma or GED required, associate’s degree in related field preferred.

Previous team development success through superb management is required. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience required.

We pride ourselves on our superior quality standard for our customers and it is your job to meet and exceed those through insuring adherence to our HACCP, Food Defense & SQF Programs, GMPs, and related SOPs and most importantly maintaining a safe work environment.

As a Maintenance Manager one must be mobile and able to travel/navigate throughout the facility, see and hear well enough to communicate with internal and external contacts to perform routine job tasks and must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance. The physical work environment includes but is not restricted to, wet, cold, heat or various combinations of same.
